Role Description The Customer Support Intern role at Tutedude is a remote, contract position focused on assisting learners and resolving their queries efficiently. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other support channels, provide guidance on course access and platform navigation, and escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant team members when needed. The intern will also follow up with learners to ensure customer satisfaction, document frequent issues and feedback, and help improve support processes and FAQs. Collaboration with operations, product, and mentoring teams will be required to deliver a smooth, timely, and empathetic support experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to deliver effective Customer Support and maintain high Customer Satisfaction levels.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for clear, empathetic communication with diverse learners.
- Basic Technical Support capabilities to troubleshoot common platform and access issues.
- Analytical Skills to identify patterns in learner queries and suggest improvements.
- Comfort working in a remote, contract role with reliable internet access and time management skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or edtech environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline; interest in e-learning and education technology is an advantage.
