Customer Success Specialist – Remote | Retention & Commission

TalentPop App is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help customers have a great experience while building strong, long-term relationships with the brands they purchase from.

This role focuses on customer retention, problem-solving, and relationship building. You’ll help customers resolve concerns, prevent cancellations, and identify opportunities to recommend products or solutions that genuinely meet their needs.

Commission opportunities are available based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Support customers through chat, email, and/or voice
• Resolve customer concerns and provide helpful solutions
• Handle retention conversations and help prevent cancellations
• Recommend products or solutions based on customer needs
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service, customer success, sales, or retention experience
• Strong spoken and written English
• Confident handling customer concerns and difficult conversations
• Comfortable making product recommendations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• BPO, e-commerce, Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar experience is a plus
