What makes the role meaty?

• Monitor the movement of vehicles and shipments from sourcing locations/slaughterhouses to Processing Centers (PCs)
• Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Track shipment status and update control tower dashboards with real-time information
• Identify delays or operational bottlenecks and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of supply chain data and reports
• Support daily operational reviews and help maintain SLA adherence
• Prepare MIS reports and analyze supply chain performance metrics
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency

• Are Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Have Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Have Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail
• Have the Willingness to learn and collaborate across cross-functional teams
