Content Writer

A sixty-person ed-tech company selling into schools and colleges needs a Content Writer, hired through Flexiple, to keep up with how much explaining a growing product now requires: help articles, in-app copy, blog posts for the schools evaluating it, and the occasional case study once a rollout goes well. Right now this work gets split between whoever has ten free minutes, and it shows.

You will write and maintain product help content, turn feature releases into clear explainer posts, and work with the sales team on case studies and one-pagers that schools actually read. Most days will be a mix of short practical writing and slightly longer explainer pieces, nothing that needs a big production process, just consistently clear writing shipped on time.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in India.

• 1 to 5 years writing for a software, ed-tech or education product
• Comfortable writing both short in-app copy and longer explainer content
• Able to turn a feature spec or a call transcript into clear copy unassisted
