Consulting Analyst Intern

Role Description

The Consulting Analyst Intern – AI & Business Transformation will support client projects that involve defining AI personas, mapping business processes, and identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements. Day-to-day work may include gathering and analyzing client requirements, conducting market and technology research, documenting workflows, and preparing presentations or reports that translate complex ideas into clear recommendations. The intern will help test and refine AI-driven solutions, assist in building proofs of concept, and collaborate with consultants, data professionals, and product teams to ensure deliverables align with client needs. This is an internship role and a remote position, offering exposure to AI, digital transformation, and consulting practices while working with a geographically distributed team.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct structured research, analyze qualitative and quantitative information, and synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise presentations, client-ready documents, and clear process documentation.
• Interest in AI, data-driven decision-making, and business transformation, with basic understanding of how AI tools can support operations, customer experience, or strategy.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and contribute reliably to project deadlines.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies; prior exposure to consulting, product, or analytics work is a plus.
• Experience with spreadsheets, presentation software, and basic data analysis; familiarity with AI platforms or scripting languages is plus.
• Location: Gurgaon / hybrid
• Duration: Six months; full-time commitment
• Stipend: ₹45,000 per month
