CNC Programmer & Operator

Job opening for the CNC Programmer & Operator profile for the Manesar location. Designation: CNC Programmer & Operator Location: IMT Sector 7, Manesar Experience: 1–4 Years Qualification: ITI (Machinist/Turner/Fitter or relevant trade) Salary: Depends on Interview Job Responsibilities Program CNC machines as per engineering drawings and production requirements. Set up CNC machines, including tooling, fixtures, and workpiece alignment.

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture components within specified tolerances. Perform machine setting, offset adjustments, and basic troubleshooting. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
• Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure product quality throughout production. Maintain production records and adhere to quality and safety standards. Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and housekeeping. Candidate Requirements 1–4 years of experience in CNC programming, machine setting, fitting, and operating. ITI qualification in Machinist, Turner, Fitter, or a related trade.
• Good understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling. Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
