Cloud Platform Engineer (Redis/GemFire)

Technology->Cloud Platform->Databases on Azure->Azure Cache for Redis,Technology->Container Platform->Kubernetes

• Design, build, and operate cloud platform capabilities supporting production workloads across environments.
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades, scaling, capacity planning, and workload scheduling.
• Implement and maintain platform reliability practices: health checks, autoscaling, backup/restore, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Deploy, manage, and tune Redis for performance, availability, and data durability; establish best practices for caching patterns and usage.
• Create automation for provisioning and lifecycle management of platform components using repeatable, version-controlled approaches.
• Improve observability by defining metrics, logs, and alerts for Kubernetes and data services; drive incident response and post-incident improvements.
• Partner with engineering teams to onboard services to the platform, troubleshoot runtime issues, and improve developer experience.
• Ensure platform security hygiene through access controls, secrets management practices, and secure configuration standards.
