However, you should have enough technical depth to confidently engage with cloud architects and engineers, guide hands-on labs, answer practical implementation questions and connect OpenAI capabilities to real-world cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led technical workshops, bootcamps, hands-on labs and train-the-trainer programmes for strategic cloud partners.
- Deliver OpenAI technical curriculum to solution architects, engineers, developers, consultants, pre-sales teams and partner enablement organisations.
- Adapt technical examples and demonstrations to relevant cloud partner scenarios and enterprise use cases.
- Translate OpenAI capabilities into practical implementation patterns and customer-facing solutions.
- Guide participants through hands-on exercises covering APIs, AI applications, agents, RAG and developer workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues live during training sessions, including API, authentication, code, configuration and lab-environment problems.
- Explain technical architecture and implementation trade-offs clearly and confidently.
- Adapt delivery for audiences with different levels of technical experience.
- Connect technical concepts to enterprise business outcomes and customer use cases.
- Partner with programme leadership and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Capture participant feedback and identify recurring technical or learning gaps.
- Recommend improvements to training content, labs and enablement pathways.
- Maintain strong technical readiness as OpenAI products and the broader Generative AI ecosystem continue to evolve.
