We are looking for enthusiastic & experienced individuals to join our team !

• General Requirements
• B.Sc. in Nursing
• Registered Nurse at a Licensing Authority
• Minimum 2 years of nursing practice in a 150-bedded hospital within the last 5 years
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Critical Care, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), High Dependency Unit (HDU), Emergency Department, or Acute Care Services
• Previous experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Charge Nurse
• BLS and ACLS certified
• Minimum score of IELTS 5.5 or OET score C (for expats)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Job Specification
• Act as a direct support to the Nursing Manager and take responsibility as assigned in the unit
• Supervise and monitor clinical care services for guests
• Provide direct care to the admitted patients whenever required
• Ensure staff maintain own clinical records and reports
• Proficient in all clinical and psychomotor skills relevant to the chosen field
• Demonstrate competency in unit specific competencies
• Observe and ensure infection control guidelines and policies are adhered to
• Ensure management of equipment and resources effectively and efficiently
• Identify potential variances and high clinical risk situations
• Implementing effective management strategies
• Mentor and support all members of the nursing team
• Ensure staff are practicing within their identified scope of practice
• Utilize quick decision making skills to clinically manage unpredicted acute situations
• Participate in the clinical development, review and assessments of clinical practice
• Assessments of nursing competence of all members of the clinical team
• Responsible for ensuring safe and high level of nursing care is delivered
