About the role
Role: Cash flow monitoring, MIS, Costing and Budgeting
- Cash flow monitoring and forecasting for development projects.
- Prepare project-wise cash flow forecasts covering costs, collections, funding and liquidity requirements.
- Monitor actual vs. budgeted cash flows and identify funding gaps, delays and variances.
- Prepare monthly MIS, management dashboards and performance reports.
- Develop annual budgets, project budgets, forecasts and business plans.
- Conduct Budget vs. Actual vs. Forecast analysis and provide variance insights.
- Track project costs, commitments, cost-to-complete and project profitability.
- Monitor project progress against budgets, timelines, milestones, sales and collections.
- Develop project KPIs, performance trackers and exception reports.
- Support project reviews and identify cost overruns, delays and cash-flow risks.
- Drive standardisation and improvement of MIS, budgeting and costing processes.
- Identify opportunities for technology-led process improvement and automation.
- Automate reporting, dashboards, forecasting and data consolidation using ERP, Excel/Power Query, Power BI, SQL, etc.
- Work with Finance, Projects, Sales, Procurement, Treasury and IT teams to improve data quality and reporting.
- Provide management with timely, accurate and actionable financial and project insights.
