Position Purpose

The Regional Project Manager works for BNPP Cardif Asia Regional ETO. He or she reports to the Regional PMO and Performance Manager who is based in the regional office in Hong Kong.

He or She ensures end-to-end responsibility for achieving regional ETO project’s objectives.

Act as the primary contact point for the project.

Manage the entire project and coordinate all players and contributors, ensuring effective execution of regional initiatives, alignment of regional and local activities, stakeholder engagement, governance management, executive reporting, and delivery oversight across multiple countries.

Ensures End-to-end Responsibility For Achieving Regional Project’s Objectives

• Is responsible for achieving the project objectives within the budget, for meeting deadlines and for the quality of the deliverables.
• Coordinates preliminary studies in liaison with the business line / sponsor.
• Ensures that needs are properly defined and approved.
• Ensures that the requirements are in line with the expressed needs and ensures the feasibility of the technology.
• Ensures that the solution meets all requirements.
• Ensures the solution is validated by all stakeholders.
• Prepares, consolidates, and validates estimates and schedules throughout the project.
• Guarantees the delivery, operation, and commencement of the solution.
• Identifies and manages all risks that may arise during the project’s implementation, in collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Identifies needs in terms of human resources and technical and functional skills.
• Where possible depending on technical and human resources, identifies the impacts of the project on the strategic nature of the requests and makes changes where necessary.

Manages the entire project and coordinates all players and contributors:

• Manages and measures the progress of the project.
• Takes decisions concerning impacts on costs, quality, and deadlines, while integrating the value created for the business line.
• Manages and coordinates the project team.
• Coordinates relations with all stakeholders and secures their commitment throughout the project.
• Plans, prepares, and ensures transfer to the project governance bodies (architecture and investment committee, etc.)
• Guarantees the development and application of the testing strategy throughout the project.
• Incorporates change management into the project and provides support in this respect for the activities concerned Prepares the roll out plan with all stakeholders and guarantees its execution.
• Organises the project’s transition to the maintenance stage.
• Carries out a final review of the project and oversees its closure.

Where necessary, helps to evaluate employees by identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

Identifies best practices and shares them within the entity and within the group.

Coordinates and/or participates in communities of practice.

Develops relationship networks.
