• Data & Analytics
• Collect, clean, and integrate commercial and healthcare data (e.g., sales, prescription, claims, patient-level).
• Conduct descriptive and exploratory analyses to identify key patterns and trends
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced Analytics & Data Science
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques (regression, clustering, forecasting, classification).
• Support variety of business problems across forecasting, customer segmentation, marketing mix, patient analytics domains using advanced analytics.
• Develop ML models using state-of-the-art classical algorithms and Deep Learning approaches.
• Build and maintain GenAI / Agentic AI applications
• ML Ops & Engineering
• Support in ML Engineering / MLOps: model deployment, monitoring, retraining pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
• Work with modern tech stacks (Python, PySpark, Databricks, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud platforms).
• Apply Agile methodologies to deliver iterative and high-quality analytics solutions.
• Contribute to automation, process improvement, documentation, and building reusable knowledge assets
• Contribute to SDLC processes including design reviews, code reviews, deployment planning, and testing
• Business Insights & Delivery
• Translate analytical outputs into clear business implications for clients.
• Work closely with onshore teams and product managers for enhancements and client-ready insights & recommendations
• Participate in requirements gathering, propose technology/modeling solutions, and contribute to development within agreed timelines
• Business consulting on sales consulting and operation areas like territory design, call plan / dynamic targeting design, Incentive compensation design etc.
