Position 2 – Senior Associate - Calibration Engineer

• Experience: 5–10 Years
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate
• Industry: Pharma experience mandatory

Job Summary

Responsible for in-house and onsite calibration of Electro-Technical, Thermal and Mechanical instruments while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform calibration of measuring and test instruments.
• Handle Electro-Technical, Thermal and Mechanical calibration.
• Calibration of:
• Dimensional
• Pressure
• Vacuum
• Torque
• Force
• Mass
• Volumetric instruments
• Use appropriate reference standards and ensure traceability.
• Review calibration results and identify deviations/OOT conditions.
• Prepare calibration certificates, reports and records.
• Maintain calibration schedules and equipment history.
• Follow approved SOPs and calibration procedures.
• Support internal, customer and accreditation audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and NABL requirements.
• Support measurement uncertainty and calibration documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for onsite calibration.
• Required Skills
• Good knowledge of calibration and metrology.
• Hands-on experience in Electro-Technical, Thermal and/or Mechanical calibration.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL requirements.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to perform onsite calibration independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
