Job Description

• Perform business valuations for closely held and middle-market companies.
• Analyze financial statements and underlying business performance while applying appropriate professional judgment rather than relying solely on GAAP-based analysis.
• Perform market approach and comparable company/transaction analysis.
• Research industry, market, and transaction data to support valuation conclusions.
• Develop and review valuation models, financial analyses, and supporting schedules.
• Support M&A advisory and exit planning engagements.
• Analyze transaction multiples, EBITDA, revenue, cash flows, and other relevant valuation metrics.
• Work with valuation databases such as DealStats and Capital IQ.
• Identify and evaluate relevant comparable companies and precedent transactions.
• Prepare client-ready valuation reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate directly with clients and other stakeholders when required.
• Independently manage assigned engagements, timelines, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Exercise sound judgment when working with incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Leverage AI tools and models to improve research, analysis, efficiency, and quality of deliverables.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
