Key Responsibiliti
- es:Analyze existing business processes, gaps, challenges, and manual activiti es.Develop As-Is & To-Be process maps and identify improvement opportuniti es.Prepare BRDs, FSDs, SOPs, process flows, wireframes, user stories & acceptance criter ia.Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to gather and clarify requiremen ts.Prepare UAT scenarios, test cases & test data and coordinate UAT through business sign-o ff.Maintain process/project documentation and support process transformation & technology-enabled initiativ e s.
Required Skil
- ls:2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, or Product Analys is.Strong understanding of As-Is & To-Be process documentati on.Hands-on exp with BRDs, FSDs, SOPs, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases & U
