About the role
Wealth Management & US Retirement Strong understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of Defined Contribution plans including 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans. Knowledge of retirement planning, participant lifecycle management, and investment options. Expertise in retirement operations including participant onboarding, contribution processing, and recordkeeping. Understanding of regulatory frameworks including ERISA, DOL, and IRS guidelines. Custody & Capital Markets Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Trade Lifecycle with focus on Settlements & Clearing. Expertise in Corporate Actions, Income Collection, and Tax Processing. Understanding of Withholding Tax, Tax Reclaims, Relief at Source, and supporting operational workflows. Familiarity with messaging standards such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, ISO 15022, DTCC, and CREST. Knowledge of Reference Data and Static Data management within investment banking environments.
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in US Retirement Services, Wealth Management, Custody, and Capital Markets Operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and product ownership capabilities, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives, process transformation, and large-scale business change programs within financial services organizations. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows. Partner with business, operations, technology, and client stakeholders to perform gap analysis and define future-state solutions. Drive end-to-end business analysis activities, including process mapping, solution design, stakeholder sign-off, and change management. Support integration, conversion, SIT/UAT testing, Go-Live, and post-production activities. Contribute to product strategy, roadmap discussions, practice development initiatives, RFPs, POVs, and knowledge assets. Collaborate in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Required Skills 8-15 years of relevant experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Retirement Services, Custody, or Capital Markets. Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Strong experience engaging senior business, operations, and technology stakeholders. Proven ability to create business process maps, functional specifications, and solution documents. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Tools & Technologies Atlassian JIRA and Confluence. Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Copilot. Basic SQL knowledge; Power BI exposure is an advantage. Preferred Profile Experience working with leading financial institutions, retirement recordkeepers, custodians, investment banks, or tier-1 product organizations. Strong product mindset with the ability to influence product roadmaps and business transformation initiatives. Experience with platforms such as retirement recordkeeping systems, custody platforms, post-trade processing solutions, or wealth management products. Preferred Industry: Wealth Management, Retirement Services, Custody Operations, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Financial Services.
