About the Role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence / Data Analytics professional to join our team and drive data-led decision-making across the business. The role will involve building scalable BI solutions, developing dashboards and data models, analyzing complex datasets, and translating business requirements into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across data visualization, SQL, data warehousing, ETL, and analytics, along with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
- Design and implement scalable data warehouses and data models to support business reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Build and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data integration processes.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView.
- Perform data mining, predictive analytics, and statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and data processes, and drive process enhancements.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, integrity, security, and consistency across BI solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data warehousing concepts, and BI best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly reporting and analytics solutions.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, QlikView
- Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
- Data Warehousing: ETL, data modeling, data integration
- Programming & Analytics: SQL, Python, R
