Join our COO's office and drive data-backed decisions for a specialized B737-800BCF freighter operation. You'll build KPI dashboards, MIS reports, and business cases while managing executive meetings, board coordination, and cross-functional liaison

.

Ideal for a sharp analytical mind who's also comfortable in high-discretion executive support, ideally with aviation/regulated-industry exposure

.

✅ Key responsibilitie

• sAnalyze operational performance, trends, KPIs, and industry benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities
• .Prepare management reports, dashboards, business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models
• .Support commercial and operational analysis, contract negotiations, tenders, budgeting, and business development initiatives
• .Develop and improve operational strategies, processes, and performance-monitoring tools
• .Manage the COO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and executive engagements
• .Coordinate Board, Executive Committee, management, and strategic planning meetings
• .Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, minutes, and action trackers, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
• .Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, government agencies, airport operators, and aviation partners
• .Support strategic initiatives and drive improvements in operational and organizational performance
• .Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with company governance, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
