What You’ll Do

• Assist in gathering and organizing business requirements.
• Study business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation.
• Analyze operational information and identify useful patterns.
• Help convert business requirements into clear task specifications.
• Create simple process flows, summaries, and documentation.
• Work with spreadsheets to organize and analyze information.
• Support meetings by documenting key requirements and action items.
• Coordinate information between business and technical teams.
• Assist with tracking project requirements and deliverables.
• What We’re Looking For
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Interest in business processes and technology.
• Ability to understand information and present it clearly.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis is an advantage.
