This internship provides exposure to how business requirements are understood, organized, documented, and translated into actionable information for project and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Organize information received from different business and project stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and business documentation.
• Analyze business data using Excel and basic SQL.
• Support the preparation of dashboards, presentations, and performance reports.
• Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities from available business information.
• Help document existing and proposed business processes.
• Assist in creating process flows, requirement notes, and project documentation.
• Track assigned business-analysis activities and follow-ups.
• Support team members in preparing data for business reviews.
