Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in banking applications. The candidate should have strong skills in requirement analysis, functional documentation, business process design, and client interaction. Banking domain knowledge is mandatory.

• Provide knowledge transfer to development and testing teams.
• Support project managers with effort estimation.
• Conduct functional reviews and support UAT.
• Deliver product demonstrations to clients.
• Handle customer interactions and functional design.
• Prepare and maintain BRD and FRD documents.
• Mandatory Requirements
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in banking applications.
• Strong banking domain knowledge.

Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in an IT company with exposure to banking projects.
• Remittance domain knowledge is an added advantage.
• CBAP certification is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering or Finance.
