BIM Engineer (MEP)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using industry-standard software.
• Produce coordinated shop drawings, combined services drawings (CSD), and installation shop drawings (ISD).
• Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Support project delivery through model reviews, construction simulations, and technical presentations.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and company procedures.
• Assist project teams in improving BIM processes and digital engineering practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience, preferably focused on MEP works.
• Proven experience on Data Center projects and large-scale infrastructure, industrial, healthcare, transportation, or complex commercial developments.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, shop drawing production, and BIM execution processes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and resolving technical design clashes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple project deliverables.
