We serve parents across India through our online store and retail showrooms. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to manage our daily order-to-delivery lifecycle.

• You will process orders, generate invoices, and use Microsoft Excel to track data, logistics handling and escalation ,ensuring smooth coordination between stores, warehouse, and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities Order Processing: Download, verify, and track inbound online and retail orders from placement to dispatch. Invoicing: Generate accurate commercial invoices, delivery challans, and tax calculations (GST) for all purchases and returns.
• Excel Management: Maintain daily logistics trackers using VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Filtering to ensure zero data errors. Team Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff and courier partners to prevent shipment delays. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce backend operations, retail order management, or data entry.
• Excel Command: Intermediate to advanced knowledge is mandatory (Lookups, Pivots, Data Sorting). Skills: Strong numerical accuracy, high attention to detail, and good communication skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, BBA, or a related field. Schedule & Benefits Work Week: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday). Salary: Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
