About the Internship
Skillzenloop is looking for an aspiring Backend Developer Intern who wants to learn how the systems behind modern websites and applications are built, connected, and maintained.
This opportunity is suitable for freshers, students, recent graduates, and self-taught developers who have basic programming knowledge and want to develop their backend skills through practical work.
- What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing server-side application features.
- Build and work with REST APIs.
- Write application logic using a suitable backend programming language.
- Work with databases and perform basic data operations.
- Connect backend services with frontend applications.
- Validate incoming data and handle basic application errors.
- Test APIs and backend functionality.
- Investigate and resolve basic server-side issues.
- Assist with improving existing backend features.
- Use Git/GitHub as part of the development workflow.
- What We’re Looking For
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Java, PHP, or a similar language.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals.
- Interest in backend and server-side development.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or relational databases is an advantage.
- Familiarity with REST APIs is helpful.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Java, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Basic Git/GitHub knowledge is beneficial.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
