Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend applications and server-side functionality.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for web and application-based solutions.
• Work with databases to store, retrieve, update, and manage application data.
• Implement backend logic and integrate APIs with frontend components.
• Assist in testing, debugging, and improving application performance.
• Follow basic security and data-handling practices during development.
• Document code, APIs, technical approaches, and development progress clearly.
• Collaborate with remote team members to understand requirements and complete assigned tasks.
• Participate in backend development projects and contribute to timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Suitable for freshers with an interest in backend development, software engineering, web development, or a related area.
• Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Node.js, Express.js, Django, Flask, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases and database management concepts.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, HTTP, and basic software development concepts is beneficial.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and basic application security is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines responsibly.

This is a paid, remote internship with a duration of 3 months and a performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000.
