About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at Actemium. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing industrial processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of process simulation software, automation systems, and safety standards is essential. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for innovation. Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or relevant technical certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process analysis, including data collection, modeling, and simulation to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with industry standards.
• Implement process improvements through automation, new technology integration, and workflow adjustments.
• Develop documentation, including process flow diagrams, operating procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor ongoing operations to ensure processes are functioning as intended, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Provide technical support and training to operational staff to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that could impact process design and implementation.
• Participate in safety audits and risk assessments to ensure all processes meet safety and environmental regulations.
• Report project progress and performance metrics to management, highlighting successes and areas for further improvement.
