We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

Location: Mumbai

Work Model: Work from Office | Monday to Saturday

Function: Learning & Development / Instructional Design

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – L&D to drive the design, development and delivery of engaging, learner-centric learning solutions across Instructor-Led Training (ILT), blended learning and e-learning formats.

What you’ll do

• Conduct learning needs analysis to identify capability gaps, learner requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with organisational objectives and learner needs.
• Design, develop and deliver high-quality ILT, blended learning and technology-enabled learning solutions.
• Integrate and deploy learning content through the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to simplify complex concepts and translate them into engaging, learner-friendly content.
• Manage learning projects end-to-end, including planning, timelines, resources and quality standards.
• Review existing learning content and products to identify opportunities for enhancement, innovation and improved learner impact.
• Stay abreast of emerging L&D, instructional design and learning technology trends and incorporate relevant practices into learning solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead multidisciplinary projects to deliver learning initiatives effectively.

What we’re looking for

Education

• Postgraduate qualification in Education, Mass Communication, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or a related field preferred.
• Certification in Instructional Design is preferred.

Experience

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in L&D, Instructional Design or Learning Content Development.
• Experience in developing both ILT and technology-enabled learning content is essential.
• Prior experience leading teams or multidisciplinary projects will be an advantage.
