What You'll Do

• Source and identify qualified US healthcare candidates for exciting travel assignments using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Build trust and long-lasting relationships with healthcare candidates and partner facilities.
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Stay updated on US healthcare trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• What Are We Looking For
• A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian university.
• A fresher with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport quickly.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with working across US time zones and culture is a plus.
