Associate Product Manager

Most of what breaks in a sixty-person ed-tech product isn't the big stuff - it's the enrolment flow that confuses a school admin, the report card export that half of teachers never find, the setting that three customers a week ask support to explain. That's the layer this role owns. You'd spend your first months mostly listening: sitting in on support escalations and school onboarding calls, reading through user feedback, and starting to notice which small frictions actually cost renewals.

From there you'd move into writing lightweight specs for fixes and small features, working with a couple of engineers to get them built, and checking after launch whether they actually helped - not assuming they did because they shipped. You'd also help run the intake for feature requests coming in from the sales and customer-success teams, since right now that list lives in someone's inbox and nowhere else.

• 0-3 years of experience; a stint in product, customer success, or business analysis at a software company is ideal
