About The Team
Responsible for processing expertise when performing the department’s daily operational tasks and when providing operational support to internal business partners and/or Clients. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to establishing and ongoing maintenance of accounts, loans, and/or cards; managing exceptions for several payment channels; researching or reconciling complex information; and routinely acts as a point of escalation. Accountable for performing assigned functions efficiently while ensuring all regulations, procedures, and polices are adhered to. Acts as a resource and routinely recommends potential process improvements. Provides helps to ensure the day-to-day functions are executed according to policies and procedures.
Business Support- Responsible for proper set up and maintenance of client credit and legal files. Provide support through the preparation of credit applications, portfolio and pipeline reports, and marketing presentations.
Client Support- interact with clients, external centers of influence, and other support areas of the Bank via telephone, e-mail and in person to provide superior service. Handle routine inquiries and client service issues promptly and provide phone coverage and taking messages.
Impact
The Commercial Loan Administrator (“CLA”) is responsible for providing administrative and client support to the Loan Officers and Team Leader in support of their respective roles and responsibilities. The CLA will also perform other tasks/projects as requested and provide assistance as needed to other teams. Loan Support- This position will provide assistance with processing loan advances, loan payments, payoffs, account transfer and any other client requests in a timely manner.

- Reconciliation of the collateral information against the origination & accounting systems.
