Assistant Manager Front End Operations

What you will do

• Manage and drive front-end operations to ensure smooth, timely and efficient execution across the network.
• Monitor daily operational performance, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
• Work closely with Hub Operations, Supply Chain, Last Mile, Planning, Quality and Customer teams to resolve operational issues and improve execution.
• Track key operational metrics and build dashboards and reports to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardise SOPs and playbooks, and drive operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of operational escalations and ensure quick resolution and clear accountability across stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving fulfilment, service levels and overall operational performance.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements to improve productivity and reduce manual intervention.
• Use data and analytics to identify root causes, prioritise issues and support business decisions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and balance day-to-day operational execution with long-term process improvements.

We hope that you will have

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, Food-Tech, FMCG, E-commerce or similar high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical skills with good hands-on knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking ability.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional execution.
• Ability to prioritise quickly, manage escalations and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience in building or improving SOPs, dashboards, processes or operational systems.
• Exposure to process automation or technology-led operational improvements.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiatives from problem identification to execution and closure.
• Experience in last-mile, fulfilment, cold chain, perishable supply, quick commerce or food-tech will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a high-velocity, on-ground operations environment.
