Overview We are looking for a Senior Architect to join KMBD and take ownership of projects from concept development to execution. Responsibilities

• Responsibilities
• Lead architecture and interior design projects from concept to execution
• Develop design concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and site coordination
• Review drawings, 3D models, and technical details
• Guide junior architects and interns on project deliverables
• Coordinate material selections and design development
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Identify and resolve design and execution issues on site
• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution
