Overview

S2UDIO INC ARCHITECTS is looking for a motivated and creative Architect to join our team in Gangtok, Sikkim. The role will involve working on a diverse range of Architectural and Interior projects, from concept development and design to working drawings, site coordination, and project execution. We are looking for someone with good design skills, knowledge of architectural software, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams. Freshers with a strong portfolio and willingness to learn are also welcome to apply. Location: Gangtok, Deorali, East-Sikkim Position: Architect Employment: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural design and development of projects.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and detailed drawings.
• Develop 3D models and presentation views as required.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Conduct site visits and monitor work as per drawings and specifications.
• Assist in material selection, BOQ preparation and project documentation.
• Make revisions and incorporate design changes as required.
• Ensure drawings and documentation are accurate and completed within timelines.
• Support the team in managing multiple projects from design to execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Proficiency in ZWCAD, Revit and other Architectural design software
• Good understanding of Architectural drawings, detailing and construction
• Basic knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering
• Ability to prepare working drawings and presentation drawings
• Good design sense and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned projects
