Application Support and Maintenance - Healthcare Provider

The role requires working from the designated ODCs in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad and adhering to the assigned 24x7 shift roster.

(Neurology)

• Experience supporting healthcare applications used in neurology, neurodiagnostics, or specialty care environments.
• Understanding of neurology clinical workflows, including diagnostic testing, patient monitoring, clinical documentation, and care coordination.
• Knowledge of healthcare system integrations, including EMR/EHR connectivity and the exchange of diagnostic and patient data.
• Strong application troubleshooting and issue resolution skills for clinical systems, medical devices, and end-user support.
• Experience working with neurologists, nurses, technicians, and other clinical staff while supporting neurology or similar healthcare applications.
• Experience with applications such as NeuroWorkbench, GE ViewPoint, Sleepware G3, or other similar healthcare applications is preferred but not mandatory.
