- Experience: 3+ years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Siemens NX for 3D CAD modeling, drafting, and tooling design.
- Knowledge of NX CAM for CNC programming, toolpath generation, and machining processes.
- Understanding of tool design, manufacturing processes, and machining practices.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of CNC machining, cutting tools, and machining parameters.
- Experience in handling customer queries and providing technical software support.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing principles.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers using Siemens NX CAD/CAM.
- Support customers in tooling design, machining, and CAM-related requirements.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and guide customers on best practices.
- Assist customers with NX CAM programming, toolpath creation, and machining workflows.
- Conduct NX CAD/CAM product training and demonstrations.
- Assist with software implementation, deployment, and customer onboarding.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Travel to customer locations for technical support, training, demonstrations, and implementation.
- Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as per business requirements.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
