• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and technical skills.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unix Shell Scripting, SRE Observability.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development methodologies.
• Experience in configuring and integrating applications to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple application components.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for enterprise applications.
