About the role

- Design, deploy, and administer IBM DataPower API Gateway and Event Gateway platforms in production environments.
- Configure and manage API security policies, authentication, authorization, SSL/TLS certificates, and traffic management.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for application and infrastructure deployments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
- Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, and security services.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards and DevOps best practices across environments.
- Monitor API gateway performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Configure API publishing, routing, transformation, rate limiting, and monitoring capabilities.
- Collaborate with development teams to enable secure API deployment and lifecycle management.
- Integrate API platforms with enterprise authentication systems, monitoring tools, and logging solutions.
