Your Role

  • Coordinate technical-writing projects from planning through delivery. Prepare and update customer-facing documents like user guides, customer letters, package inserts, templates, and related materials.
  • Support the rebranding and standardization of user guides and other controlled content.
  • Identify documentation needs, follow up on open items, and communicate progress clearly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Planning, time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Work with stakeholders across geographies to define and set priorities, deadlines, and deliverable schedules.
  • Coordinate multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Identify documentation needs, follow up on open items, and communicate progress clearly.
  • Participate in onsite training and apply relevant processes and tools in day-to-day work.

Who You Are

  • Experience in preparing or editing scientific, technical, or product documentation.
  • Published research papers in indexed journals.
  • Familiarity with document templates, content management, or document rebranding activities.
  • Interest in Life science products and the ability to understand and communicate scientific information clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to get along well with others and work in a team environment; includes the ability to work with geographically remote teams and/or projects.
  • Meticulous and can handle multiple assignments.
  • University post-graduate degree: MSc in Life science, Chemistry or related fields like Biotechnology, Biochemistry, etc.
  • Up to 1 year of technical writing experience.
  • Microsoft Office word - Mandatory
  • InDesign - Preferred
  • Document management
  • Technical and scientific writing
  • Editing and proofreading

This role requires working in the afternoon shift- 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
