AIML Developer

Role Overview

We’re expanding our AI initiatives and looking for AI/ML Developers to build agentic and LLM-powered solutions across departments, including intelligent capabilities for our proctoring platform. You’ll work hands-on with modern LLM frameworks to design, build, and deploy intelligent automation and applications that solve real business problems.

Responsibilities

• Build applications powered by LLM APIs
• Build AI-driven integrity and monitoring capabilities for our proctoring platform, such as behavioral anomaly detection, automated flagging, and intelligent proctoring workflows
• Develop agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, ChromaDB)
• Design and refine prompts for reliability, accuracy, and safety
• Build and expose services using FastAPI or Flask
• Work with Model Context Protocol (MCP) to integrate tools and data sources with LLM agents
• Fine-tune or apply ML models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or Scikit-learn where relevant
• Automate workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Deploy and manage AI workloads using Azure OpenAI Service / Azure Machine Learning and Docker
• Implement evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure safe, reliable LLM outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our proctoring product team, to identify and scope AI use cases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
