Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex transformation initiatives and workstreams within agreed scope, outcomes, schedule and budget, translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans with clear measures of success.
- Partner with Business, Business Agility, Technology, Data and Architecture teams to ensure transformation activity is effectively governed, aligned to the organisational ecosystem and executed in a structured and collaborative manner.
- Design and implement structured change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, readiness, adoption and sustainment activities, using approaches such as Prosci and Agile.
- Identify, assess and prioritize opportunities to apply AI, Generative AI, automation and digital capabilities to business challenges, and embed these considerations into initiative planning, roadmaps and solution design.
- Lead change and adoption activities for AI-enabled solutions, building AI literacy and confidence across stakeholder groups through targeted communication, training and coaching.
- Actively manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery impediments across cross-functional teams, providing transparent reporting on progress, outcomes, benefits and delivery performance to governance forums.
- Support the development and validation of business cases for AI and automation initiatives, including quantified benefits, costs, risks and value measures; track and report delivered versus planned benefits.
- Champion responsible, ethical and transparent use of AI, ensuring AI-enabled initiatives comply with organisational governance, risk, security, privacy, data and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping, facilitate workshops and run targeted interventions to drive adoption, capability uplift and sustained business outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and adoption of delivery tools, templates, playbooks and governance standards; promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the Transformation and Change team.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related discipline (Required).
- Proven track record delivering complex change or transformation programmes in regulated or similarly complex environments, with strong governance, reporting and value realisation experience (Required).
- Experience working with delivery teams aligned to agile, hybrid or product-based ways of working, creating business value through business and technical change (Required).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt style to audience and influence at senior levels (Required).
- Practical knowledge of change management, business readiness and adoption methodologies, such as Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent (Required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach; comfortable operating effectively in ambiguous and complex organisational environments (Required).
- Experience supporting or delivering digital, data, AI or automation-enabled transformation initiatives, with the ability to assess AI opportunities and translate business challenges into technology-enabled solutions (Required).
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and relevant governance, risk, privacy, security and adoption considerations in regulated environments (Required).
- Resilient, curious, commercially aware and committed to continuous learning; collaborative and people-focused, modelling psychological safety, integrity and empathy (Required).
- Experience in financial services, insurance or another regulated sector (Strongly preferred).
- Formal qualifications in project, programme or change management such as PRINCE2, APM, MSP, Prosci or equivalent (Preferred).
- Experience with portfolio management, outcome-based planning, value realisation frameworks and multi-regional or hybrid delivery models (Preferred).
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation platforms or digital transformation capabilities (Preferred).
