Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that integrate artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the deployment of these solutions through robust application pipelines, whether hosted on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. The engineer actively incorporates generative AI models into the solutions, while also exploring and implementing techniques such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbot development, and image processing. Collaboration with various teams to ensure production-ready quality and seamless integration is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI and machine learning architectures to meet project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI solutions with organizational goals and technical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and their AI service offerings.
• Experience in developing and deploying generative AI models within production environments.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
• Ability to design and maintain robust application pipelines for both cloud and on-premises deployments.
• Skilled in integrating AI components such as chatbots and image processing modules into larger systems.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
