MailerMen has an opening for a AI / Machine Learning Engineer based out of Pune. You will build practical machine learning solutions and AI-powered features for web products, working across data preparation, model development, evaluation, API integration and deployment. You will bring roughly two years of hands-on experience and help mentor newer team members. The role is fully remote, with the Pune team as your home base for occasional meetups.

Department: Engineering - AI & Machine Learning Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers and product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
• Clean, transform and prepare datasets for experimentation and production.
• Assist in deploying models with containerized services.
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability and latency.
• Integrate trained models with backend APIs and web applications.
• Support labelling, annotation and dataset quality processes.
• Build Python-based ML pipelines and reusable data-processing components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or a related field preferred.
• Good to have: LLMs, GCP, PyTorch, AWS, TensorFlow, FastAPI
