MailerMen is hiring a AI / Machine Learning Engineer for our Noida team. You will build practical machine learning solutions and AI-powered features for web products, working across data preparation, model development, evaluation, API integration and deployment. Freshers with strong fundamentals and hands-on project or internship experience are encouraged to apply. The position is onsite at our Noida office, offering close collaboration with the local team.

• Department: Engineering - AI & Machine Learning Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Clean, transform and prepare datasets for experimentation and production.
• Build Python-based ML pipelines and reusable data-processing components.
• Develop, train and evaluate machine learning models for product use cases.
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability and latency.
• Work with engineers and product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
• Run experiments and A/B evaluations to compare model approaches.
• Contribute to feature stores and reusable ML utilities.
• Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or a related field preferred.
• Good to have: MLflow, FastAPI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, Docker, AWS
