AI Filmmaker

Scalio | Bengaluru, India | On-site | Full-time

Compensation: ₹15–30 LPA annual fixed salary plus equity. Equity terms discussed during hiring.

The role

Create films and marketing videos that make Scalio’s value clear and memorable. Own the creative process from concept and script through AI generation, editing, sound, and final delivery.

What you’ll work on

• Concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot plans.
• AI-generated imagery and video with visual continuity.
• Editing, pacing, sound design, captions, and finishing.
• Product explainers, social films, and paid advertising creatives.
• Creative variants developed with the growth team.
• Repeatable production workflows that improve speed and quality.
• What we’re looking for
• A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and finished work.
• Hands-on experience with AI image/video tools and editing software.
• Good judgment about composition, continuity, pacing, and sound.
• Ability to turn a brief into a complete film.
• Willingness to iterate based on audience and performance feedback.
• There is no strict minimum experience requirement; portfolio quality and personal contribution matter most.

• Share your three strongest films or advertising videos. For each, explain what you personally created and which tools you used.
• Walk us through one project from brief to finished film. What was the hardest creative or technical problem?
• How would you create a 30-second Scalio film showing a small business owner getting useful marketing work done?
• How do you maintain character, product, and visual consistency across AI-generated shots?
• Describe how you improved a video after feedback or performance data. What changed and why?
• How would you create several distinct advertising variants from one concept while maintaining production quality and a tight deadline?
