About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Intelligent Automation / GENAI Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable automation systems and AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, data workflows, and AI technologies, with hands-on experience in building production-grade applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop large-scale data pipelines, automation frameworks, and AI models, ensuring seamless integration and deployment across global environments. Your expertise will help Shaerp Tech maintain its reputation as an innovator in enterprise automation and AI solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a robust educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, complemented by extensive practical experience. A minimum of 5 to 7 years in software development, data engineering, automation, or related roles is required. Proven experience in deploying production-ready applications and automation solutions is essential. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and familiarity with modern AI/GenAI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in programming languages like Python and .NET/C#, along with expertise in data management, SQL optimization, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable automation systems and AI-powered solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and workflows using tools like Apache Airflow, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Develop production-grade applications leveraging cloud services such as AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and SageMaker.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate environment provisioning and management.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI/GenAI models into enterprise solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance, leveraging advanced techniques like clustering and micro-partitions.
• Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of all deployed solutions across global environments.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain documentation, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and deployment.
