Role Description The AI & Automation Product Architect is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing and guiding AI-driven and automation-focused product initiatives. This role involves defining product vision and roadmaps, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and aligning system and solution architectures with overall product strategy. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with consultants, developers, and product stakeholders to design scalable architectures, reviewing and refining technical designs, and ensuring seamless integration of AI and automation components into existing systems. The role also includes overseeing end-to-end product development lifecycle, setting technical standards and best practices, conducting feasibility assessments, and supporting implementation teams with clear documentation and guidance. The architect will continuously evaluate new AI and automation technologies to improve product capabilities and support client growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong System Architecture and Solution Architecture skills for designing scalable, secure, and reliable AI and automation solutions.
- Candidates should possess Solid Product Management and Product Development skills to define roadmaps, manage requirements, and oversee end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products.
- Candidates should possess Practical Software Development skills with experience in implementing AI, automation, or data-driven applications.
- Candidates should possess Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs and clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess Experience with AI/ML platforms, automation frameworks (e.g., RPA), cloud services, and integration patterns.
- Candidates should possess Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional, remote teams and client stakeholders.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in consulting, product-led environments, or growth-focused technology solutions is highly beneficial.
