AI & AUTOMATION DEVELOPER (FRESHER)

Job Description

Businesses want AI that does real work: answering customers, moving data between tools and cutting manual steps. We build those AI agents and automations, and we are looking for freshers who want to build them with us.

We're building a team in Pune. For now this role is remote, and we'd especially like to hear from people in or near Pune.

What you'll do

• Build AI agents and chatbots on large language models such as GPT, Claude and Gemini
• Automate workflows with n8n and similar tools, and with code where the tools fall short
• Connect business tools like CRMs, spreadsheets and WhatsApp through their APIs
• Write prompts, test them and measure how well they work
• Document what you build so clients can rely on it

What we're looking for

• Programming basics in Python or JavaScript
• Hands-on curiosity about AI tools, shown in a project or two
• Comfort reading API documentation
• Clear thinking about what a business actually needs
