Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience with administration in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for local stakeholders.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Thai; comfortable switching between languages in a fast-paced technical environment with local and global stakeholders.
  • Capable of participating in global calls and contributing to internal technical documentation.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

As a Site Administrative Business Partner, you will keep your team moving forward, anticipating needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Support administrative-related site affairs, including offsites, meetings, events, scheduling, coordination, and the site food program.
  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports, and meeting organizational deadlines.
  • Oversee the site culture committee, planning team events and building team culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, managing confidential information as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team to ensure successful execution of meetings, events, or projects.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies.
  • Serve as a technical manager for small projects and engage/build relationships within the community.
