Job Description
- Oversee and manage the preparation and finalization of financial statements in adherence to IND AS standards.
- Conduct thorough intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure statutory compliance by staying updated with the latest IND AS regulations and implementing necessary changes within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances to ensure financial targets are met.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and manage the resolution of any financial discrepancies.
- Support the finance department in various ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
