Responsibilities

Job Description

• Oversee and manage the preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with IND AS.
• Ensure accurate consolidation of financial statements across various business units.
• Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead and manage financial audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures.
• Foster effective communication with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and enhance financial controls to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial information.
• Support the finance team in various accounting and financial management tasks as required.
